#Sweat4Soap

I led a week-long campaign titled: #Sweat4Soap, for Global Handwashing Day in October 2020 for Mina Guli.

We teamed up 3 NGO’s who agreed to donate a bar of recycled and sanitised soap for every kilometer logged. Another NGO agreed to donate 1 x handwashing station for every 100km logged (to the maximum of 400 stations).

The campaign deliverable was to gather 1,500 email addresses. To get email addresses, we issued race numbers for signing up. I had an automated system built where people received their number immediately after signup. 

Over 3,000 people from more than 40 countries dedicated their miles to #sweat4soap during the week. The campaign hashtag got over 42 million impressions during the campaign week.

My responsibilities included: Campaign Direction and Strategy, all social media & copywriting, paid social media; email marking and building the landing page.
