With the release of each new seasonal menu, I arranged a shoot to photograph all the new dishes.

Driving sales of retail product became an increasing focus. Besides shooting content for social media, I also assisted the Roastery and Sales teams to design presentations and sales documents.

Reinstated the company newspaper, which I wrote and designed.

With a growing portfolio of more than 24 stores; I made a point of continuously generating content of the different stores. This also suited the Franchising Strategy.

Organised various music shows; including Majozi and Albert Frost.

I did most of the styling and hand modelling for our shoots :)

Summer Menu Shoot

I compiled an onboarding pack and brand booklet for all new staff joining the company; from office staff, to kitchen and waiters.

Internal Barista competition which we hosted in the Green Point Bootlegger.

Bootlegger had never had a desert menu until summer of 2019. The content had to be no-frills, yet irresistible.
